We Are Lift and Rebuild 360 — And We Were Built For This

🌟 Our Story

Lift and Rebuild 360 was not born in a boardroom. It was born from lived experience, deep compassion, and an unshakeable belief that every young person — no matter where they've been — deserves a real chance to rise.

We saw the gaps. We felt the gaps. And we decided to do something about it.

Too many young people were falling through the cracks of systems that were never designed to truly serve them. Too many youth were aging out of programs without the tools, relationships, or resources to sustain themselves. Too many families were left navigating impossible circumstances alone. We knew there had to be a better way — a more complete way. And so Lift and Rebuild 360 was born.

Our name says it all. We don't just offer a service — we lift, we rebuild, and we do it completely. 360 degrees. Whole person. Whole family. Whole community.

🎯 Our Mission

Lift and Rebuild 360 exists to transform the lives of young people ages 16–26 by providing holistic, wrap-around mentorship, resources, and education. We stand in the gap for youth navigating reentry, economic hardship, and systemic barriers — including those living with disabilities — walking alongside them and their families every step of the way until they are truly equipped to thrive.

🌟 Our Vision

A generation restored. A community rebuilt. We envision a future where no young person is left behind — where every youth, regardless of their past, their circumstances, or their ability, has a 360-degree support system that lifts them into purpose, stability, and lasting success.

💡 Our Values

  • Compassion — We lead with love, always

  • Inclusion — Every young person belongs here

  • Integrity — We do what we say and say what we mean

  • Empowerment — We build people up, never tear them down

  • Community — We are stronger together

  • Excellence — We give our best because our youth deserve our best

👩🏽‍💼 Meet Our Founder

Built From Purpose. Driven By Love.

Some people find their calling. Michele — was born into hers.

With over 23 years of experience in education, advocacy, and youth development, Michele brings a rare combination of academic excellence, frontline experience, and deeply personal passion to the work of Lift and Rebuild 360.

A proud graduate of the University of California, Berkeley (Class of 1999) with a degree in Social Welfare with a Psychology emphasis, Michele began her career in education immediately after graduation — teaching in the West Contra Costa Unified School District and going on to serve youth in Richmond, Oakland, Hayward, and Los Angeles.

Over the course of her career, Michele has worn many hats — and worn them all with excellence:

  • 🎓 Multiple Subject Teacher — serving high school dropouts and at-risk youth

  • 🎵 Music & Band Teacher — K–8

  • 📋 Dean of Students — LAUSD

  • 🧩 Program Specialist & Curriculum Specialist

  • 💼 Education Specialist — currently serving students with exceptional needs

  • ⚖️ Private Special Education Advocate — fighting for families to get the resources their children deserve

Michele holds a California Single Subject English Teaching Credential and an Education Specialist Credential, and has extensive experience working with students diagnosed with Auditory Processing Disorder, High-Functioning Autism, PDD-NOS, ADHD, and Emotional Disturbance.

But beyond the credentials and the titles — Michele is a mother of children with exceptional needs. She doesn't just understand the challenges families face from a professional perspective. She lives it. She breathes it. And that lived experience is what makes her not just an educator, but a true advocate and champion for every family she serves.

💛 The Inspiration Behind Lift and Rebuild 360

Lift and Rebuild 360 was inspired by a simple but powerful truth that Michele has carried throughout her entire career:

If a young person does not know their worth, no program, no resource, and no opportunity will be enough.

Throughout her years in classrooms, schools, and communities, Michele witnessed brilliant, capable young people — especially those impacted by the justice system, poverty, and disability — being handed services without being given something far more important: belief. Belief that they matter. Belief that their past does not define their future. Belief that someone is truly in their corner.

She also witnessed the power of what happens when a young person is truly seen, supported, and surrounded by people who refuse to give up on them. Lives change. Families heal. Communities transform.

That is the heartbeat of Lift and Rebuild 360.

Michele also founded Transformational Love and Learning Academy (TLLA) — a private home school offering personalized, innovative education for diverse learners from Kindergarten through adulthood. TLLA enrolls no more than 10 students at a time, ensuring every child receives the individualized attention they deserve. Her philosophy — teach to the whole child, not to a test — is the same philosophy that drives every program at Lift and Rebuild 360.

She believes that if you don't love and appreciate who you are, you cannot authentically love others or build a better world. And so everything she builds — every program, every curriculum, every mentorship relationship — is rooted in that foundational truth.
